Focus River Falls Open House Kick-Off Event

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the in-person open house to discuss and learn about all things Comprehensive, Outdoor Recreation and Bike and Pedestrian Planning! City planning staff and planning consulting firm, SRF, hosted a variety of activities to gather feedback and answer questions about these plans and processes. It was a fun event and a great opportunity to get community input on what should be incorporated into these plans!

The early engagement summary is available to review the feedback we have received in these first six months. Some highlights include:

  • Natural Resources and Parks being the top emerging theme that the community can be proud of and should continue to invest in.
  • Housing and maintaining/increasing local business economy is the most concerning themes that should be addressed.
